Introducing Katsuaki Endo

We utilized the Japan Olympic Committee (JOC)'s employment support navigation system for top athletes "Athnavi" and decided to employ Mr. Katsuaki Endo who is quite active in wrestling competitions around the world. He joined Towa Engineering on April 1, 2019.
In 2018, Katsuaki Endo reached the top of the country in the Wrestling Greco Roman Style 63kg class and won the U-23 World Championship as a representative of Japan. He moved up to the 67kg class in 2019 and has been heading the top of the world.
We will support his competitive activities and do our best to root for him.

Introducing Tae Kawabe

We are pleased to announce that we decided to fulfill our diverse recruitment and employ Tae Kawabe, a para-sports athlete. She joined our company on April 1, 2020.
She had been selected as a designated player to strengthen and develop the Japanese national team, and had won two domestic competition last year, and is expected to play more active role in the future.
We will support her competitive activities and do our best to root for her.

【Para-Sports Swimming】

Nice to meet you!
I am Tae Kawabe and I joined Towa Engineering in 2020.
Thanks to the utmost support of the company from the beginning, it is leading to a quite good result. Interacting with colleagues through internal blog and regular events, their support always cheers me up with great strength.
Under a good open-door atmosphere, Towa Engineering gains powerful momentum led by Ms. Niikura our President. I would like to ride that momentum as a member and athlete of the company and spread my wings around the world. My present target is to join the 2024 Paris Paralympics Games. Thank you for your continued support!


Tae Kawabe

Born in March 1998 with a dysfunction in her right leg, she lives with short ankle braces on a daily basis. Though had not being fond of sport, she made her mind to make a challenge to the world and life at the age of 19 and entered the para-athlete swimming world. She has a rare background as a dental hygienist with national certification. As of 2022, she has 4 years of the competition experience and is ranked in the 1st in S10 class domestic ranking.

【Wrestling (Greco Roman Style)】

Hi! I am Katsuaki Endo and I joined Towa Engineering in 2019.
My present target is to participate in the Paris Olympics and win the gold medal in the Greco-Roman style of wrestling, which attracts the audience with big moves of wrestling flips. I have been receiving much rooting and support from my colleagues and they give so much energy to me!
Especially when they come to the game match and cheer me up there, I get a lot of strength. I also want to be a person who can share the energy and courage with our colleagues and their families.
I will continue to do my best to win the gold medal on the best stage of the Olympics.

Katsuaki Endo

Born in February 1997. Having been playing judo and wrestling from elementary and junior high school, he chose to play wrestling at high school. He entered to Nippon Sport Science University and started working toward the Olympics in the environment where many Olympic athletes are around him. Studying in the university, he became the top wrestling athlete in Japan for the first time in the 63kg class. In 2019, he changed the stage to the 67kg class for the Olympic and won the Emperor's Cup All Japan Championship in 2021.
