Costello Maione
Schuch Inc. ( CMS) is a world wide consulting company that works in
field of designing and building audiovisual system. CMS, who started
the AV system project in Tokyo for one of American companies of financial
institution in 2003, have designated Towa Engineering corporation
as its partner for promoting the project.
Towa was selected by an appreciation of CMS for their engineering
skill, business achievement, technical customer service and sincere
attitude to listen to customers requirement.

CMS,located
in New York and London is a consulting co.
for designing the AV system and Video conference system for corporation
use.
It was founded on 1992 by 3 members who had careers of AV business
field for more than 20 years. CMS started with the AV project for
Hotel Nikko in N.Y City and explored the project with the financial
institution of Morgan Stanley, Amex, Bank of America, Bloomberg, other
global investment banks, Microsoft in the United States of America,
Europe and Asia. Besides those, CMS is serving consultation to wide
range of companies covering Advertising Agent, companies in Education,
Major League Baseball, Mercedes-Benz and so on.

In 2003, one project came up
with a large scale American Security Co. that its Tokyo office reforms
the audiovisual facility, which led CMS find a AV integrator.
Christopher told “ it was surely a risk and challenge to raise
the business in such place that a different language is spoken in
business, but it did not bring any problem. What would be important
was to design the system well, and system itself was the universal
and is not affected by the country and language. Wherever you do design,
the importance is to find a good and appropriate system integrator
“
CMS chose the way to contact to the suppliers in Japan of equipment
that would be used in the AV system designed by CMS and tried to receive
the recommendation and information regarding who can be listed as
candidates of AV system integrator. Selection is made not only by
CMS discretion, but also by intention of client after the meeting
of several times cautiously.
Christopher continued “The Client expected in the candidate
the comprehensive power of engineering skills, project achievement
and ability of technical maintenance service.
Towa behaved to challenge the difficulty to construct the system in
time of delivery that was judged really hard to be completed in time.
It contributed to the success of being appointed as the partner.”
The project was clearly predicted that it would not be built in such
short time as the client desired. Towa was such a company that proposed
to solve the difficulty by precisely presenting the installation and
construction schedule to an understandable level to all people concerned.
Upon completion of the AV system, the client says they are more than
happy with the system. They were deeply impressed to see equipment
racks were well built,being furnished with cables in correct,in order
and neat. |

Christopher continues to say
“We did not work with TOWA prior to this project.
We were initially concerned about their appointment, as we wanted
to ensure we selected the very best integrator. We now feel confident
we made a good decision. TOWA Engineering has responded to the challenges
of the project and the new requests, which were raised by the client
during the process of construction in terms of equipment selection,
cabling, installation, documentation. We have set expectations and
goals very high and TOWA has performed superbly.”
The system and technology used in this project are advanced. Christopher
says “there probably are not more sophisticated AV systems in
Japan, the AV facilities we completed for this global investment bank
are extremely well fitted with flexibility and functionality”
What does Mr. Maione think about TOWA's performance on this project?
Christopher commented, “TOWA did an excellent job fabricating
and installing the AV systems under an aggressive completion schedule.
The engineers and technicians at TOWA did a great job, for both CMS
and the client.”
The positive attitude and technical skills demonstrated by TOWA during
the project were appreciated by CMS, and recognized TOWA Engineering
as a excellent AV system integrator for projects in Japan. Both companies
look forward to working together on other projects. |
